Lady Rebels come up short at Newberry

The varsity girls lost Friday night to 4th ranked Newberry, 52-36. Julie Kinard led MC with 24 points, Gracen Hester had 6, April Cumalander and Tori Caldwell scored 3 points each. Mid-Carolina is now 7-14 overall and 3-5 in region play. They will travel to Pelion on Tuesday to take on  the Panthers

Lady Rebels Pull Away for Win

The Mid-Carolina varsity girls outscored Eau Claire 18-8 in the fourth quarter to win 52-36. Julie Kinard led all scorers with 25 points, April Cumalander scored 15, followed by Tori Caldwell with 6. Gracen Hester, Bri Stewart and Tranisha Hardy had  2 points each. The Lady Rebels travel to Newberry on Friday night.

Cheerleading Winter Kiddie Camp

The annual Cheerleding Kiddie Camp was held on January 24, 2015.  60 participants ranging in ages 4 thru 12 attended the camp.  The campers were provided with cheer instruction, a tee shirt, crafts, games, and a snack.  They also were allowed to tumble and stunt with the Varsity and Junior Varsity Cheerleaders.  The participants will

Huge week for Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball

Both Mid-Carolina varsity basketball teams have huge games this week. On Tuesday, the Rebels host the Eau Claire Shamrocks. On Friday, both teams will make the short trip down Hwy. 76 to take on their county rivals, the Newberry Bulldogs. Please come out and support these teams this week.
