MC Track and Field Athletes Break Personal Records at Aiken!

Saturday, March 27, MC Track & Field traveled to Aiken HS to compete in the Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic. MC competed against elite athletes from Aiken HS, Chapin HS, Dutch Fork HS, Greenwood HS, Lexington HS, McCormack HS, River Bluff HS, Silver Bluff HS, South Aiken Christian, and White Knoll HS. Boys Varsity Soccer Wins!

Boys varsity soccer team opened region play with a 7-3 victory over Chester Wednesday night. Both Alberto Leyva and Eduardo Lopez scored hat tricks with three goals each. Sammy Carmona also added a goal. The Rebels will face Chester again at Mid-Carolina on Friday.

Congratulations to the MC Track & Field Girls for winning the 2021 Pelion Invitational on Saturday, March 20. The MC Girls Team claimed the Championship Title by a large margin. Varsity golf traveled to Ponderosa CC and defeated Gilbert and Pelion. Top scorers were Luke Hammond 38 (medalist), Rhett Brigman 40, and Carter Hendrix 44. Rebels will host Chester and Keenan tomorrow.
