IMPORTANT FALL SPORT STRENGTH & CONDITION INFORMATION

Attention MCHS Fall Varsity Athletes:

Please know that strength and conditioning workouts will begin on Monday, June 22.  Our Athletic Department, Administration, and Head Coaches are currently in the process of finalizing plans for Fall Varsity sports to begin voluntary strength and conditioning workouts that meet the SCHSL return to play guidelines.  Important general and sport specific information will be posted to our school websites and social media sites in the upcoming days.

Eligible students wanting to participate in a varsity Fall sport strength and conditioning workout that DID NOT participate during the 2019 Fall season will need to contact MCHS Athletic Director, Chris Arnoult at carnoult@newberry.k12.sc.us prior to June 22.

It is mandatory that all athletes have a completed Assumption of Risk Waiver For Athletics (COVID-19) form, and have a valid physical form on file before they will be allowed to participate in any strength and conditioning workouts.  Both required forms have been posted on our school website, athletic website, and social media sites.  Any questions should be sent to MCHS Athletic Director, Coach Chris Arnoult.
